    When will my order ship?

    Our produts are designed, printed and shipped from USA.

    Each order is made to order especially for you. It takes from 3 to 7 business days to produce and ship the item/s to you.

    Once the order ships from our production partner in the USA, we will email you a tracking number,

    Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 days or sooner depending on USPS.

    Do you accept Returns or Refunds?

    Since each item is made especially for you, We are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item was wrongly sent . This helps us stay eco-friendly by reducing waste and only making what’s needed.

    In the rare event this happens, please email us with a photo of the product within 7 days of receipt, and we will make it right.

    Can I cancel my Order?

    You have 6 hours to cancel your order from the time you placed it.

    Once the order goes into production it CANNOT BE CANCELLED, so please make sure your order details and shipping address are correct.
