    When will my order ship?

    Each order is made to order especially for you. It will take between 7 to 8 business days to produce and ship the item/s to you.

    Once the order ships from our production facility in the USA, we will email you a tracking number.

    Do you accept Refunds?

    We are a made to order business therefore REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED unless you received the wrong item.

    Please contact us if you have any problems with your order, and we will try our best to make it right.

    Can I cancel my Order?

    You have 12 hours to cancel your order from the time you placed it.

    Once the order goes into production it CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
