    When will my order ship?

    Our products are designed, printed and shipped from USA

    It usually takes 5 to 7 business days to produce and ship the item/s to you.

    Delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 days in the USA. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.

    All orders are designed, printed and shipped from the USA.

    Do you accept Returns or Refunds?

    Refund policy

    We don’t accept returns or general refunds, since every item is made to order just for you.

    This helps us stay eco-friendly by reducing waste and only creating what’s truly needed.

    We do however give refunds for wrong items sent, or damaged / defective items.

    No refunds will be made past 30 days from purchase date. Please contact hello@jovinedesigns.com if you believe you're eligible for a refund.

    Can I cancel my Order?

    You have 6 hours to cancel your order from the time you placed it before it goes into production.

    Once the order goes into production it CANNOT BE CANCELLED, so please make sure your order details and shipping address are correct.
