CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it.    If your order has been processed and in production you CANNOT cancel it.  This helps us stay eco-friendly by reducing waste and only making what’s needed.

Please double-check  your order and shipping address at checkout, as we cannot make changes once the order is placed and in production.

 

***RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS***

Since each item is made especially for you, We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. 

If for some reason your item arrives incorrect or damaged, just send us a message with a photo, and we’ll make it right.

 

***PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIMES***

Production:      3 to 7 Business days
Shipping:         3 to 5 business days USA only.

**We do not offer International shipping at this time.**
